Faith

"Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see. " Hebrews 11:1

What is faith? Faith is defined by dictionary as a belief, confidence or trust in a person, object, religion, idea or view despite the absence of proof to support it. Faith is knowing that God is real. That every step that we take in life is watched by a God and knowing our strength to go on living is being sustained by a God. Faith is having that confidence to live out the reality of knowing that God is real. Faith is knowing whenever we do something for God's kingdom and it is challenging us to go deeper and seek to further our relationship with God and in all that we just surrender to God's plans and wills. faith is knowing our security is placed upon the hands of God and not within the mind of ours. Faith is the willingness to live out God's words in our life without hesitation. Faith is learning to lean towards God in everything that we do. Faith is admitting our spiritual helplessness and that our spiritual perfection can only be found in God. Faith is knowing that we believe not in what we see through our eyes but we believe in what we see through our hearts. Faith is putting full trust, hope and assurance. People always say "Dont give up hope", I say the correct term would be "Keep the faith strong".

"Oceans (Where Feet May Fail)" by Brian Johnson Live

You call me out upon the waters
The great unknown where feet may fail
And there I find You in the mystery
In oceans deep
My faith will stand

And I will call upon Your name
And keep my eyes above the waves
When oceans rise
My soul will rest in Your embrace
For I am Yours and You are mine

Your grace abounds in deepest waters
Your sovereign hand
Will be my guide
Where feet may fail and fear surrounds me
You've never failed and You won't start now

So I will call upon Your name
And keep my eyes above the waves
When oceans rise
My soul will rest in Your embrace
For I am Yours and You are mine

Spirit lead me where my trust is without borders
Let me walk upon the waters
Wherever You would call me
Take me deeper than my feet could ever wander
And my faith will be made stronger
In the presence of my Savior

Oh, Jesus, you're my God!

I will call upon Your name
Keep my eyes above the waves
My soul will rest in Your embrace
I am Yours and You are mine
